1. Returns
We accept returns only for damaged or defective products upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The request for return must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a refund will be issued in the form of cash upon the successful pickup of the returned item.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is due to a mistake on our part or the product is defective.

4. Exchanges
